Develop Omi Channel for all MT accounts, especially top 6 Key Accounts (Coop, Big C, BHX, Win, Aeon, Lotte) and others emerging accounts (CVS, Minimart, Mom & Baby).
Responsible for Omi Channel KPI including Sales, Trade Spending and joining key events of Top 6 Key Accounts & others emerging accounts (at least once per quarter). Key events are customer special events with themes such as Beauty Fair, Brand Days, Birthday, etc. but not limited to new events on multiple digital platforms (Tiktok, Fb, Instagram, …) operated by MT customers.
Understand Brand strategic plans, NPDs, other activities and work with Trade MKT/ Brands to deliver Brand strategy and list NPDs on Omi Channel on timely manner.
Analysis competitors’ activities and have proper plans to re-act to make sure our offers / assortment being competitive, build short - & long term plans for Omi Channel
2. Account Operation:
Being able to work with internal departments
Daily operation with clear plan tracking and ensure plans to be deployed on timely manner.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Connect with key decision makers of the top 6 Key Accounts to execute strategies and plans.
To maintain critical relationships to support business growth.
Job Requirement
Bachelor in Business / Commerce / Marketing / Communications or equivalent
Omi Channel Retail or Ecom experiences
FMCG background is preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Key Account Management. Candidates with diverse and relevant background is preferred.
Analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decision
