QC Lab technician

Responsible for the implementation some elements in the Company quality system of the following:

1. Inspection and testing

• Carry out all inspection & testing in accordance with the quality plan & procedure.
• Ensure that incoming materials meet their criteria before being used in  production.
• Ensure that bulk product meet their specification before filling.
• Ensure that only products that have passed the required inspections & tests on  release for sale
• Ensure that the average number of days of testing of 90% incoming material is not more than 5 days for raw material & 3 days for packaging material.
• Report &  maintain test records.

2. Inspection and test status: Use the colour sticker to identified the inspection & test status of incoming material

3. Control of inspection, measurement and testing equipment: Maintain the equipment calibration schedule  to ensure that all equipment user in Lab are in good order and fully  able of measure/test accurately in pre-define specification

4. Control of nonconforming products: Identify and report nonconformance of products to QC Manager and recommend action for correction.

5. Control of Warehouse label: Preservation of label include identification, handling, packaging, storage and protection as procedure.

• Bachelor of science degree or minimum 2-3 year experience.
• Work in Shift
• Speak  and write English basic.
• Good understand about ISO 9001 system and procedure.
• High quality conscious.
