Responsibilities:
Align with IT Department for support and maintain the implementation of Everest system at Distributors.
Generate periodical analysis and report of stock control and sales.
Analyze and evaluate sales performances sorted by brands, categories, regions and distribution channels.
Coordinate with Trade Marketing team to executive sales promotion activities
Assist in training end-users for management software and office internal lines.
Perform actionable diagnostic analysis on retail performance to produce quality insights, drive business strategies and maximize organizational efficiencies
Analyze past campaign performances to identify key learnings, what worked well and what didn’t to be applied and scaled to other campaigns. Also, generate strategies based on data-driven insights from campaign outcome
Leverage on A/B testing as part of test and learn initiative to help identify certain hypothesis and scale it to other campaigns based on key learnings
Leverage on data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to present large data into charts, graphs, etc. which help business user to easily spot trends, patterns and correlation in an intuitive manner
Job Requirement
College / University Graduate with major in IT or Maths/Informatics
Experienced in same position preferred
Ability to analyze, consolidate and evaluate data
Good communication, enthusiastic and highly responsible
Customer service minded
Proficiency in office software and basic knowledge of business
Experience in using data visualization tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Good excel skills
Experience in handling real data with innovative and strong analytical and algorithmic problem solvers
Strong background in statistical concepts and calculations
Experience in Consumer Packed Goods (CPG) and retail industry
Experience in end to end digital commerce from awareness, interest, consideration, conversion and loyalty to optimize customer journey and marketing strategy to increase conversion rate
Experience in analyzing data for Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, Tokopedia, Facebook, Google, Amazon and other key marketplaces etc
