Creative Designer

The Designer will bring hands-on production know-how that combines both creativity and goal-driven content creation. The ideal candidate will be driving conceptual design and executing creative content curation (e.g. banners, graphics) to be used on e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels at a local level:

• Work with e-Commerce and brand team to ideate and design creative assets (e.g. images, gif, videos) in line with e-Commerce campaigns and promotions, to be used on e-Commerce platforms as well as digital marketing channels where relevant
• Design creative content that effectively communicates ideas to serve e-Commerce and digital marketing needs
• Ability to translate ideas into a design brief, and that brief into a visual outcome
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and messaging into creative digital assets that is relatable to the target audience
• Think creatively and experiment with different creative concepts and layouts for various target audience & platforms
• Maintain brand's consistency across all visual assets
• Develop mock-ups quickly with quick turnaround time in amending assets based on feedback
• Local language proficiency to ensure creatives appeal to and resonate with the native tongue
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work within timelines, while maintaining a keen eye for detail
• Product Label design, basic POSM instore design
• Have an eye on premium products (Personal Care, Skincare, Homecare)

• Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing and translating using Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with digital and mobile formats (Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
• Prior experience and/or exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience working in an e-Commerce setting a plus
